These terms apply to all quotes, agreements and services provided by IT Spine.
Services
IT Spine provides managed IT services, projects and consultancy as described in the agreement or quote. We carry out our work with the care you may expect from a professional IT partner.
Contracts & cancellation
Management agreements can be canceled monthly, unless agreed otherwise in writing. On termination, we hand over documentation, licenses and management to you in an orderly manner.
Rates & payment
Rates are agreed in writing in advance. Invoices are payable within 14 days, unless agreed otherwise.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid out by our insurance in the case concerned, or, failing that, to the invoice amount for the month in question.
Confidentiality
We treat all business information as strictly confidential and will sign a non-disclosure and data processing agreement on request.
Governing law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
