IT Spine is the data controller for the data collected through this website. Contact: info@itspine.nl.
What data we process
Through the contact form we process your name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We do not collect data for advertising purposes.
Why we process this data
We use your data solely to respond to your request and — if you become a client — to deliver our services. The legal basis is your consent or the performance of a (prospective) contract.
Retention periods
Requests that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the agreement, plus the statutory retention periods.
Sharing with third parties
We never sell your data. We only share it with processors necessary for our services (such as hosting and email providers), with whom we have data processing agreements in place.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and the right to object or withdraw your consent. Email us at info@itspine.nl — we respond within one business day. Complaints can be filed with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
