Taking over a Complete environment means setting it up and cleaning it out: rolling out MFA and conditional access, configuring Intune, building a backup and restoring it once. We quote that after the scan — upfront and fixed.

What is not included
Better clear up front than an argument over the first invoice.
Microsoft licences
You buy those directly from Microsoft or through your own supplier. The calculator below can include them so you see the real monthly figure.
Hardware
Laptops, switches, firewalls and accessories. We are happy to advise and order, but it is not part of the monthly fee.
Projects
A migration, a new network or an office move is one-off work. That gets a fixed project price, agreed beforehand.
On-site work
We resolve around 85% remotely. Anything physical happens by appointment, at €80 per hour.
VAT reverse charge
No VAT on the invoice
We invoice from Türkiye. For Dutch businesses the reverse-charge rule applies: our invoice carries no VAT. You declare it on your own return and deduct it on that same return.
- Net zero: what you declare, you deduct in the same return. It is not a discount, and we say so plainly.
- You do not have to front the VAT and reclaim it later — that frees up working capital, every month.
- Condition: you are a business with a valid VAT number. Your bookkeeper handles it as an ordinary reverse-charge purchase.
